Doesn't it feel right?
A lot of adults are worried right now.
Because a virus is spreading all over the world.

Maybe it feels different at home?
Because someone in the family doesn't have a job to go to?
Or have money for the rent?
Are you worried that someone you like is going to get sick and die?
Or is there an adult around you who is not feeling so well
and treat you in a way that is not right. Anybody getting mad and fighting?
Or drink too much alcohol and get drunk all the time?

All children have rights.
You too.
You have a right to feel safe.
And that the adults around you will take care of you.

If there's something that doesn't feel right right now, ANYTHING, and you don't have anyone to talk to, you can get help and support from these organizations. They listen, give good advice and they don't tell anyone.
